Reflexology
A space to slow down. Breathe. Reconnect with yourself.

The Treatment Space
A Space to Slow Down
So many of the women who come to see me spend their days looking after everyone else. They are juggling work, family, ageing parents, busy minds and endless to-do lists. They often tell me they feel exhausted but can’t switch off, feel stressed, overwhelmed or simply disconnected from themselves.
Reflexology offers an opportunity to pause.
My treatment room, based in the beautiful Kent village of Offham, is a calm, nurturing space where you can step away from the demands of daily life and allow your body and mind the time they need to rest. Many clients say it’s the first time in weeks that they have truly relaxed.
My Approach
Treatments Centred Around You
As a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist, I provide treatments that are both evidence-informed and deeply person-centred. I practise Duopody Reflexology, an advanced style of reflexology where both feet are worked simultaneously. This unique approach provides a deeply balancing, immersive and restorative experience, helping to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance.
I have a particular interest in supporting women experiencing:
No two women are the same, so every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, struggling with poor sleep or simply know that your body is asking you to slow down, each session is designed to be calming, restorative and deeply supportive.
Alongside my clinical reflexology training, I also draw upon my knowledge of functional breathing, nervous system regulation, Qigong and Chinese medicine and health coaching to inform my treatments. This wider understanding allows me to look beyond symptoms and appreciate the many factors that may be influencing how you feel, creating treatments that are thoughtful, holistic and centred around you.
Above all, I take time to really listen. I believe feeling heard, understood and cared for is an important part of the healing process. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can fully relax, feel supported and leave with a greater sense of balance, calm and wellbeing.

Reflexology Terms
Reflexology Terms & Conditions
A few practical points specific to reflexology treatments.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Within 48 hours the session is chargeable, as that time has been held aside for you and can be difficult to refill at short notice.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or where a client fails to attend, are non-refundable.
Health & Medical
Reflexology is a complementary therapy and does not replace medical care. Please inform Annabel of any health conditions, pregnancy, or prescribed medication so the treatment can be safely adapted to you. Please note that I do not treat during the first trimester of pregnancy.
Contraindications
There are some conditions where reflexology may not be suitable, or where GP approval is needed first. Annabel will discuss this with you during your health history and advise the best way forward.
When is reflexology not suitable?
Unfortunately I'm unable to give a reflexology treatment if you have any of the following: a DVT (deep vein thrombosis), Athlete's foot, open wounds or a recent foot injury, or a current fever or infection. If you have a blood test within 48 hours of your treatment, it's best to reschedule, as reflexology could affect the test results.
Do you treat children?
Yes. For anyone under 16, I need written consent from a parent or guardian, who will also need to stay in the room during the treatment. Sessions for children are shorter and gentler.
