Reflexology
A space to slow down. Breathe. Reconnect with yourself.
So many of the women who come to see me spend their days looking after everyone else. They are juggling work, family, ageing parents, busy minds and endless to-do lists. They often tell me they feel exhausted but can’t switch off, feel stressed, overwhelmed or simply disconnected from themselves.
Reflexology offers an opportunity to pause.
My treatment room, based in the beautiful Kent village of Offham, is a calm, nurturing space where you can step away from the demands of daily life and allow your body and mind the time they need to rest. Many clients say it’s the first time in weeks that they have truly relaxed.
Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist
As a Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist, I provide treatments that are both evidence-informed and deeply person-centred. I practise Duopody Reflexology, an advanced style of reflexology where both feet are worked simultaneously. This unique approach provides a deeply balancing, immersive and restorative experience, helping to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance.
I have a particular interest in supporting women experiencing:
- Stress, anxiety and burnout
- Perimenopause and menopause
- Autoimmune or circulatory conditions
- Digestive issues
No two women are the same, so every treatment is tailored to your individual needs. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, struggling with poor sleep or simply know that your body is asking you to slow down, each session is designed to be calming, restorative and deeply supportive.
Alongside my clinical reflexology training, I also draw upon my knowledge of functional breathing, nervous system regulation, Qigong and Chinese medicine and health coaching to inform my treatments. This wider understanding allows me to look beyond symptoms and appreciate the many factors that may be influencing how you feel, creating treatments that are thoughtful, holistic and centred around you.
Above all, I take time to really listen. I believe feeling heard, understood and cared for is an important part of the healing process. My aim is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can fully relax, feel supported and leave with a greater sense of balance, calm and wellbeing.
I offer a range of reflexology treatments to suit different needs, which you can explore below.
Treatments
Initial Reflexology Consultation
Your first appointment includes a relaxed, in-depth consultation where we explore your health history, current concerns and what you would like to gain from your treatment. This gives me the information I need to tailor future sessions safely and effectively. This is then followed by a restorative reflexology session covering all areas of the body.
Reflexology Treatment
A personalised treatment following your initial consultation, designed to support relaxation, balance and wellbeing. Each session is adapted to how you are feeling on the day and gently tailored to your individual needs.
Please get in touch about the treatments below
NEPIP reflexology for stress and anxiety
A specialised reflexology protocol that works with the nervous, endocrine, immune and limbic systems to help restore calm and emotional wellbeing
Hand reflexology
A gentle and effective treatment for those who prefer reflexology on the hands, or when treatment on the feet is not suitable. It can help encourage relaxation and support circulation and wellbeing. Add on Hand movement exercises (Qigong) from Chinese medicine to support circulation and mobility for £10 extra for an hour long treatment.
The Ground and Flow signature method- A Qigong, breathwork and reflexology combination
A restorative session combining mindful movement, breath and reflexology. This is a lovely option if you would like to support both body and mind in one treatment.
Breathwork add-on
Simple breathing exercises can be added to a standard reflexology treatment to help calm the nervous system and support relaxation between sessions.
1-1 Qigong lesson
If you are unsure which treatment is right for you, I am always happy to guide you towards the most suitable option.

A comprehensive consultation and medical history form must be completed before your first treatment. This information is confidential and enables treatments to be carried out safely.
It is the client’s responsibility to inform Be Well with Annabel of any changes to their health, medication or medical circumstances before every appointment.
Although a particular treatment may be booked in advance, the final treatment plan will always be agreed following consultation on the day. This ensures treatment remains appropriate for your current health and wellbeing.
By attending an appointment, clients confirm that:
- They believe they are fit to receive treatment.
- They have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, medications and health information.
- They understand it is their responsibility to keep this information accurate and up to date.

Be Well with Annabel reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:
- Contraindications are identified during the consultation.
- Medical clearance or a doctor’s note is required but has not been provided.
- The client appears to be under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs or medication that may make treatment inappropriate (at the therapist’s discretion).
- The client is visibly unwell, has symptoms of a contagious illness (including, but not limited to, flu, vomiting, diarrhoea or COVID-19), or may present a risk to the therapist or other clients.
- The therapist considers treatment to be unsuitable for any other health or safety reason.
Where treatment cannot proceed because relevant medical information has not been disclosed, or incorrect information has been provided before the appointment, the appointment will be regarded as attended and the full treatment fee will remain payable, as the appointment time has been reserved.
